On the afternoon of July 17, at the headquarters of Bat Xat District Police, Emulation Group No. 5 of Lao Cai Provincial Police held a preliminary review of the first 6 months of the emulation movement "For National Security".
Emulation cluster No. 5 includes the police of districts, towns and cities in the province.
In recent times, the police units in the cluster have proactively researched, innovated methods, proposed many good, creative and effective ways to implement the emulation movement "For National Security"; maintained 73 mass organization models, deployed at 2,174 locations...
In particular, the units have organized many emulation campaigns launched by the Provincial Police. Notable among them are the emulation movements "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure, practicing thrift and fighting waste"; "Lao Cai Police follow Uncle Ho's teachings, shining a beautiful image among the people"; implementing movements to protect national security such as: Building a model ward police force in terms of security and order, civilized urban order; building typical communes, wards, agencies, enterprises, educational institutions in the movement for national security, implementing the national target program on new rural construction...
The whole province maintained 10 advanced models in the movement of the whole people to protect national security, organized 94 forums "Police listen to people's opinions"... Through propaganda and mobilization work, people provided 456 sources of information, including 274 valuable sources of information, helping to investigate and solve 192 cases, arrest 211 subjects; mobilized people to hand over 3,180 homemade guns.
In the first 6 months of the year, Emulation Cluster No. 5 had 108 collectives and 285 individuals honored to receive awards at all levels.
At the conference to review the emulation movement "For National Security" in the first 6 months of 2024, delegates from units in Emulation Cluster No. 5 contributed many opinions, emphasizing that the assignment of emulation targets should consider the actual situation between districts, towns and cities; it is necessary to provide monthly information on activities between units to share, support and coordinate in implementing emulation movements...
