Focus on mobilizing capital sources for development investment
Regarding resources for implementing the planning, Bac Lieu province plans to mobilize a total social development investment capital of about 400 - 450 trillion VND to meet the GRDP growth target of 11.5% on average annually during the planning period of 2021 - 2030; of which: Capital demand for the period of 2021 - 2025 is about 180 - 190 trillion VND, for the period of 2026 - 2030 is about 220 - 260 trillion VND.
