This fee is consistent with the school's reality. If there is any increase compared to the previous school year, it must be explained, made public and transparent, and agreed upon with parents. The school invites parents to participate in monitoring and supervising to have a basis for appropriate adjustment.

Assign monitoring of revenues

Based on the list of prescribed revenues, the People's Committee of this district requires schools to base on the actual situation, material conditions and needs of students to build revenue and expenditure estimates for each revenue item, as a basis for calculating specific revenue levels to ensure the principle of collecting enough, just enough, in accordance with the actual situation of the school year. It is not allowed to change the name or create any revenue items outside the prescribed categories.

District 7 also requires schools to publicly disclose the collected fees when collecting fees, pay attention to the time for collecting fees, and not collect multiple fees at the same time. The school's finance department collects money, issues receipts and invoices for each student, does not assign teachers to directly collect and pay money, and at the same time fully implements financial management regimes according to regulations.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of District 7 assigned the responsibility to the Head of the Department of Education and Training of District 7 to guide schools to organize the collection of consensus from parents for implementation. Controlling the occurrence of any revenue outside of regulations. Strengthening the inspection and supervision of the revenue and expenditure situation at the beginning of the school year at schools, promptly correcting the situation of collecting revenues that are not in accordance with regulations; being responsible for explaining to society about the activities of schools according to the management hierarchy, including the management of revenues in the area.

In addition, the District 7 government assigned the Head of the Finance and Planning Department to monitor the implementation of revenue collection, coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to check the revenue and expenditure situation at the beginning of the year of schools to promptly correct the situation of collecting revenue that is not in accordance with regulations.

In particular, the Chairman of District 7 People's Committee also assigned the task of the District Inspector to develop a plan to inspect and monitor the collection and use of tuition fees and service fees to support educational activities; implement the tuition exemption and reduction regime and support for study costs for the 2024-2025 school year of public schools.
