Kinhtedothi - On March 18, Ben Tre Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on rank promotion and the decision of the Director of Ben Tre Provincial Police on personnel work.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Truong Son Lam - Director of the Provincial Police Department presented the decision to promote the rank of Colonel to Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh - Deputy Director of the Ben Tre Provincial Police Department.
