Van Ninh District People's Committee has developed a specific plan to effectively implement the OCOP program in 2025. The goal of the program is to continue to promote local strengths and potentials, and people's creativity to create high-quality products that meet prescribed standards. In particular, the locality focuses on increasingly modern product packaging designs with clear traceability; contributing to the formation of product value chains, focusing on the district's key products.

At the same time, encourage products with clear and stable sources of raw materials to participate in OCOP; upgrade, standardize and perfect at least 20 3-star OCOP products at the district level and 6 4-star OCOP products at the provincial level. The locality also focuses on developing forms of production and business organization in the direction of increasing benefits for the community, contributing to the development of the rural economy in the direction of endogenous development and increasing value; improving the quality of human resources for state officials in the OCOP system (districts, communes) and representatives of economic organizations participating in the program.
