The Ho Chi Minh Road construction project, Cho Chu - Trung Son Intersection, has a total length of about 28.98km. The section through Tuyen Quang province, passing through Trung Son commune and Hung Loi commune (Yen Son), is about 16.7km long. The total cost of the sub-project for compensation, support and resettlement of the project through Tuyen Quang province is 161.22 billion VND. Of which, land compensation is 50.51 billion VND; compensation and support for housing and structures is 18.27 billion VND; compensation for trees is 10.49 billion VND; support amounts are 40.62 billion VND; compensation for technical infrastructure works that must be relocated is 8.59 billion VND; construction costs/support for resettlement construction is 20.59 billion VND; implementation costs are 4.47 billion VND; contingency costs are 7.68 billion VND.

Regarding the progress of investment in construction of two resettlement areas to serve land clearance in Hung Loi and Trung Son communes, we are currently implementing the construction investment project, preparing a dossier to assess the current status of the forest, and preparing a report to assess the environmental impact.
However, the implementation process still has some difficulties and problems related to the unit price of compensation for crops, trees, and livestock. The draft decision is still in the process of collecting opinions and has not been issued yet, so the draft plan has not been prepared and made public; many households and individuals building houses on agricultural land do not meet the conditions for property compensation according to regulations...
