The Criminal Police Department - Hai Phong City Police is coordinating with Duong Kinh District Police to examine the scene and investigate the case of a body in a sack discovered in front of a resident's house.
According to a source from the People's Committee of Da Phuc Ward (Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City), on the afternoon of June 10, local residents discovered a body in a blue sack on the sidewalk of a residential area in Quang Luan village.
Immediately afterwards, the people reported to the local authorities and functional agencies. Upon receiving the information, the Da Phuc Ward Police (Duong Kinh District) arrived to protect the scene, coordinating with professional units of the Hai Phong City Police to examine and investigate.

A representative of the Criminal Police Department - Hai Phong City Police said that the unit has sent a leader on duty, along with a working group from the unit, to directly go to the scene to examine and coordinate the investigation to clarify the incident.
According to records, where the body was found in a sack in Quang Luan village, Da Phuc ward (Duong Kinh, Hai Phong), hundreds of people watched the authorities verify and examine it.
