Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien emphasized that every year, the province has actively responded to and launched "Workers' Month" and "Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene" with many very practical activities, becoming a series of festivals for workers with many specific activities aimed at workers such as caring for their lives, improving working conditions, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

Responding to the "Workers' Month" in 2024 with the theme: "Workers' Solidarity - Implementing the Resolution" and the "Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene" in 2024 with the theme: "Strengthening occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace and in the supply chain", Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien suggested that in implementing local socio-economic policies and business development plans, it is necessary to pay special attention to building and developing the workforce.
It is recommended that all levels, sectors, agencies, units and enterprises pay attention and be proactive in calling for and attracting investment, promoting investment in building social housing to contribute to supporting low-income people, workers and laborers to have conditions to settle down and work.

Along with that, it is recommended that each unit and enterprise should pay attention to the legitimate rights of employees, regularly take care of salary policies, ensure jobs, income and regimes and policies for employees. At the same time, proactively conduct periodic dialogues, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements, take care of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees. Strictly implement regulations on labor safety and hygiene, provide labor means to ensure labor safety and hygiene at the workplace and in the supply chain.
For employees, it is necessary to unite and set an example in performing the production and business tasks of the enterprise; strictly comply with regulations, rules and measures to ensure safety and hygiene at the workplace.
Continuously study, improve professional qualifications, practice skills, and industrial working style of the working class. Raise awareness of personal responsibility, work with discipline, dynamism, creativity, promote initiatives, improve techniques, apply advanced science in production and labor, contributing to improving productivity, quality, and efficiency in performing production and business tasks of the unit or enterprise.

At the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented Trade Union Shelters to 27 union members with especially difficult housing circumstances with a total value of over 1 billion VND; and presented 10 gifts to disadvantaged workers with a total value of 10 million VND.
During the launching ceremony, the “Loving Ao Dai” booth attracted a large number of workers to participate. The Organizing Committee gave away more than 500 Ao Dai for free to workers in difficult circumstances. In addition, workers were examined, consulted, and given free medicine; participated in free motorcycle oil changes and “Safe Driving” instructions.
