By the end of 2022, the whole country will have more than 600 accredited regular university training programs, while the entire system will have about more than 6,000 training programs.
Of these, 373 programs (of 72 universities) were accredited by domestic accreditation organizations, and 236 programs (of 41 universities) were accredited by foreign accreditation organizations. No school has had 100% of its programs accredited, and most schools only select their strongest programs to conduct accreditation first.
The goal of the Ministry of Education and Training is that by 2025, at least 35% of training programs nationwide will meet quality standards according to the first accreditation cycle.
Thus, our country has 9 universities recognized to have achieved educational quality according to foreign standards.
