To use chrysanthemum goji berry tea, we use about 2 grams of chrysanthemum flowers (equivalent to 3-5 flowers), 3 grams of goji berries (7-10 fruits) and 1 sliced ​​red apple in a cup. Pour boiling water over the herbs, then cover, shake gently for about 5 seconds and drain the water. Next, pour about 300 ml of hot water into the cup, soak the tea for about 20 minutes until the chrysanthemum petals bloom evenly, the tea water is yellow and can be used.
