On the evening of November 6, the film We of 8 Years Later officially aired on VTV3. In their youth, Lam - Duong and Tung - Nguyet were two couples and had a period of love, living their lives to the fullest for a memorable youth. However, the events that happened made everyone change. Duong was a bright, cheerful, lovely girl, but after experiencing the events, when she grew up, she became a careless girl, without faith, without hope. Lam - a young man who was confident, capable, and ambitious, but in the midst of danger, he chose to give up love, accepting to hurt the girl he loved the most.
Meanwhile, Tung and Nguyet had a beautiful love in their youth and after many years of love, they had a happy and fulfilling ending. However, after getting married, Tung became a flirtatious and promiscuous person. As for Nguyet, who trusted and loved her husband very much, she was doused with cold water when she saw her husband bringing his mistress home to have an affair.
The fateful encounter
Review of Us 8 Years Later episode 1 aired on the evening of November 6th revealed the scene where Lam (Quoc Anh) and Tung (Tran Nghia) met Nguyet (Hoang Huyen) and Duong (Hoang Ha) on the beach.

Duong has a rich father named Quang, who is the chairman of a large corporation, but the relationship between father and daughter is not good. Therefore, on Duong's birthday, Mr. Quang wanted to invite her to dinner, but she immediately refused. Although Mr. Quang tried to persuade his daughter to change the schedule, Duong still coldly refused.
Duong and Mr. Quang have a bad relationship.
In another development, Mr. Quang's company is also the big partner that Lam and Tung need to get a cooperation contract with. The two young men were assigned by their boss to bring the contract with this partner to the company by all means.
