| Previously, the project was directed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to transfer the investor from the City Planning Exhibition Center (under the Department of Planning and Architecture) to the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works. |

| When the project is completed, it will help the East bank of the Saigon River become more vibrant. Along with Thu Duc City's proposals to exploit the East bank, Ho Chi Minh City will have more entertainment venues to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the people. |
