The tuition fee for high-quality training programs ranges from 70.5 to 83.6 million VND/school year. Most notably, the high-quality training program taught 100% in English has a tuition fee of 181.5 million VND/school year.

According to the tuition increase roadmap until 2026, the general industry fluctuates from 44.75 - 53 million VND/school year, the high-quality industry fluctuates from 89.5 - 106.2 million VND/school year. Especially the industry taught in English is 219.7 million VND/school year.

Tuition fees for English language training programs range from 1,365 - 1,685 million VND/credit. Tuition fees will increase each year (no more than 10% increase per year).

At Vinh Long branch, the tuition fee for the 2024-2025 school year is 625,000 VND/credit (equal to 65% of the tuition fee of the facility in Ho Chi Minh City). The roadmap for increasing the tuition fee next year is no more than 5%/year compared to the previous year.

Ho Chi Minh City Open University has tuition fees for standard programs ranging from 22 to 27 million VND/academic year, with tuition fees for mass programs ranging from 26 million VND/academic year. In high-quality training programs, tuition fees range from 45 to 48 million VND/academic year. Tuition fees increase by no more than 10% per year according to regulations.
