On November 15, Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee Bui Xuan Loc met and had a dialogue with the people of Minh Hoa commune.
At the dialogue, 18 comments from the people were mainly concerned with information on the progress of project implementation, the State's mechanisms and policies on site clearance when implementing 2 projects in Minh Hoa commune: construction of a road connecting National Highway 17B (Hai Duong province) with Provincial Road 352 (Hai Phong city) from National Highway 17B to Kinh Thay River, Kinh Mon town; Logistics service center, petroleum and cargo port, petroleum warehouse, commercial service area in Minh Hoa commune.
Responding to this issue, Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee Bui Xuan Loc informed that the above 2 projects have completed their documents and are being submitted to the relevant authorities for approval. Once the approval decision is made, the Town People's Committee will publicly announce it to the people and implement the steps in the site clearance process.
Minh Hoa commune residents petitioned that in 1993-1994, the People's Committee of Minh Hoa commune allocated land and collected money, but up to now, people have not been granted "red books"; issues related to the process of enforcing illegal construction on converted land; policies for people with meritorious services and the elderly; new points of the 2024 Land Law that have a direct impact on people's lives...
Many issues were thoroughly answered by the Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee. Some opinions were suggested by Comrade Bui Xuan Loc, asking people to prepare documents and assign them to specialized departments and agencies to resolve.
