On the morning of September 26, Dai Dong Secondary School invited the families and students who violated the rules to come and resolve the matter. The school took responsibility before the parents for the incident that caused serious consequences; at the same time, it asked teachers to manage the students well and not let other incidents happen. For now, the school asked the families to focus on treating K. The disciplinary action against the students who violated the rules will be strictly implemented when K. returns to school.
Families meet to support treatment costs
On October 12, K. was discharged from the hospital. The students who violated the rules visited and apologized to K. Their families also discussed and offered to support K.'s family with medical expenses. On the morning of October 16, K. returned to school but was still physically weak and mentally stressed...
On the morning of October 17, the school held a disciplinary meeting and agreed to temporarily suspend the students who beat K. for four days. That evening, the families of these students met at K.'s house and agreed on how to remedy the consequences.
K.'s family and the families of the students who violated the law agreed to choose the Child Psychological Counseling and Therapy Office (Department of Children, Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) as the place for K. to receive treatment, introduced by the Center for Social Work and the Children's Support Fund.
