On June 27, National Economics University officially announced the direction of regular university enrollment in 2025.

Regarding admission methods, the school plans to keep 3 admission methods stable compared to 2024.

Accordingly, method 1 - direct admission, the school reserves 2% according to the total quota and admission code, same as in 2024.

Method 2 - combined admission, the school reserves 83% according to the total quota and admission code, an increase of 3% compared to 2024.

Group 1 includes candidates with SAT scores of 1,200 or higher or ACT scores of 26 or higher (5% quota).

Group 2 includes candidates with a score of 85 or higher in the Hanoi National University (HAS) aptitude test or 700 or higher in the Ho Chi Minh City National University (APT) aptitude test or 60 or higher in the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (TSA) aptitude test.

Candidates with an international English certificate of IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 46 (excluding TOEFL home edition) or TOEIC (4 skills: L&R 785, S 160 &W 150) or higher combined with the above HSA/APT/TSA scores (total 48% of the target).

Group 3 includes candidates with an international English certificate of IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 46 (excluding TOEFL home edition) or TOEIC (4 skills: L&R 785, S 160, W 150) or higher and have a high school graduation exam score in 2025 of math and 1 other subject of English in the school's admission groups (quota 30%).

Method 3 - admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2025 with 15% of total enrollment target and admission code, down 3% compared to 2024.

In particular, in 2025, the National Economics University will use 4 admission combinations, including A00 (math, physics, chemistry), A01 (math, physics, English), D01 (math, literature, English), D07 (math, chemistry, English). All exam subjects will have a coefficient of 1 when considering admission.

Thus, in 2025, the National Economics University will stop 5 admission combinations compared to 2024, including B00 (math, chemistry, biology), C03 (math, literature, history), C04 (literature, math, geography), D09 (math, history, English), D10 (math, geography, English).
