That was the emphasis and direction of comrade Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee at the 31st (expanded) Conference of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc, term XXIV, term 2020 - 2025, held on the afternoon of June 28.
Attending the conference were the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises; members of the Standing Committee, members of the Executive Committee, members of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises.
At the conference, a report was heard on the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of the year, and the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc always unite, uphold the sense of responsibility, focus on leading the grassroots Party committees and organizations in the Bloc to lead cadres, party members and the masses to strictly implement the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws; concretize and implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress; 18 projects of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVI; Resolution of the 24th Provincial Party Congress of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises, term 2020 - 2025; key tasks of the Bloc Party Executive Committee in 2024.
In the first 6 months of 2024, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc continued to innovate leadership and direction methods, focusing on the grassroots and Party members; focusing on leading grassroots Party committees to innovate working methods and styles. Innovating the leadership and direction of Party organizations in a synchronous and unified manner with the operational activities of agencies, units, and enterprises; well performing political tasks and tasks of implementing socio-economic development targets of each agency, unit, and enterprise, making many important contributions to the overall results of the Provincial Party Committee.
The political and ideological education work of the Party Committee of the Bloc has had many changes, achieving high quality and efficiency. The contingent of cadres and party members has been improved in terms of professional expertise, political theory and working capacity; the political ideology, moral qualities, lifestyle, sense of responsibility, sense of organization and discipline of cadres and party members have been improved. The Party Committee of the Bloc has successfully organized 4 training courses for 319 new party members and outstanding masses.
The Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc have effectively implemented the work of Party building, building the political system; the work of organizing cadres, protecting internal politics, administrative reform, and implementing democracy at the grassroots level. The work of inspection and supervision; internal affairs; and the prevention and combat of corruption and negativity by Party committees and inspection committees at all levels have been implemented according to plan. The activities of the Bloc's mass organizations have been carried out in accordance with the regulations and work programs.
The conference disseminated and implemented a number of documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; spent a lot of time for delegates to discuss a number of contents. It focused on leadership work to promote the role of cadres and party members in participating in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and criticizing erroneous and hostile viewpoints; promoting the role of party organizations in leading the establishment of mass organizations in private economic organizations; implementing thematic party cell activities on the works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, etc.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Giang praised and highly appreciated the achievements of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises in recent times.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that the Party Committee of the Bloc, with its role, needs to continue to pay attention to a number of key contents and tasks. In particular, it is necessary to improve the leadership capacity, governing capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization, and the role of Party members in the entire Party Committee. Implement the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations; lead the implementation of political tasks, including resolving difficulties and problems at the grassroots level. Pay attention to and take care of the political and ideological education of Party members, arousing the aspiration to contribute to building Lao Cai to develop quickly and sustainably...
According to the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, if we want the Party Committee of the Bloc to be strong, the subordinate Party Committees and branches must be strong; if we want the Party Committee and branches to be strong, each Party member must be good.
Regarding key solutions in the coming time, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted the need to innovate the leadership methods of grassroots party organizations; closely follow the programs, projects and plans of the province to lead and direct promptly and effectively. Regularly take care of the political and ideological education of cadres, party members and workers in the entire Party Committee. Maintain internal solidarity, regularly care for, consolidate and build a clean and strong party organization. Implement tasks related to building models of "four good party cells", "four good grassroots party committees" to improve the quality of party organizations...
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises commended 17 collectives for excellently completing their tasks in 2023.
