On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises (May 10, 1959 - May 10, 2024), on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai Province, I would like to respectfully send to the leaders, cadres, and party members of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises through all periods my best wishes and best wishes!
Over the past 65 years, since its establishment, closely associated with the history of Party building, the Party Committee of Lao Cai Province's Agencies and Enterprises has achieved many achievements in Party building work, and the staff has been constantly developed to meet the requirements of each period. Established on May 10, 1959, through different historical periods, the Party Committee of the Bloc has always promoted the tradition of solidarity, overcome difficulties, gradually perfected the organizational model; innovated the content and methods of operation, improved the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations; closely followed the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, concretized into programs and plans to lead cadres and party members to perform their tasks well; many cadres and party members in agencies, units and enterprises of the province have been trained, matured, and made great contributions to the cause of resistance war for national liberation, gaining independence, freedom, building and defending the Fatherland.
Through the Party Congresses, Party committees and Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Bloc have proposed and led cadres and Party members to do a good job of researching, advising and proposing to the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee many policies and solutions to successfully implement the goals and tasks of building and developing the province's economy, society, national defense and security; led cadres and Party members to practice thrift, fight waste, promote the pioneering, exemplary role, responsibility to set an example, build and practice public ethics, care for people's lives according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, making an important contribution to the development of Lao Cai, especially after 33 years of re-establishing the province from hardship, becoming a bright spot in economic and social development, ensuring national defense, security, foreign relations and in Party building work in the northern mountainous region of the Fatherland.

The Party Committee of the Bloc is a Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee with its own characteristics, with grassroots Party organizations and Party members working and participating in agencies, units and enterprises of the province. The Party Committee of the Bloc has a very important position and role in the organizational system of the Provincial Party Committee. Carrying out well the Party building work in the Party Committee of the Bloc will create a solid political foundation and basis to improve the quality and efficiency of the operations of agencies, units and enterprises, improve the spirit, responsibility and efficiency of the implementation of public duties of the contingent of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers; contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of leadership, management, operation and implementation of political tasks of the province.
In the coming time, I believe that the Party Committee of Lao Cai Province's Agencies and Enterprises will inherit and continue to promote the traditions and achievements gained over the past 65 years; focus on leading grassroots party organizations, leading cadres and party members to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; build solidarity and unity, continue to innovate, build and rectify the Party, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee of the Bloc; promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; build a contingent of cadres and party members with steadfast political will, pure revolutionary ethics, intelligence, sense of responsibility and capacity to perform well assigned tasks, contributing with the entire provincial Party Committee to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, making Lao Cai soon become a comprehensively developed province of the Northern Midlands and Mountains region.
