On this year's Buddha's birthday, nun Suoi Thong (Thich Nu Hanh Duc) launched the book "Renewing the Garden of the Mind" with content sharing about how to overcome sadness and suffering to heal yourself.
This is also the latest work in the series of life philosophy books that the nun has devoted her heart to since 2017: Let go of worries, Live a peaceful life and Renew the garden of the mind .
From 101 inspirational sentiments
Letting go of worries is a collection of 101 articles collected and translated by nun Suoi Thong. It is said that in the early winter months in a cold foreign land, the nun, because she was not used to the weather, had to stay at home. Her mood was inevitably a bit cold.
A friend visited and sent her some heartfelt articles. She found them very interesting, so she translated them and posted them online, hoping to share some inspiration with her friends and relatives. However, everyone encouraged and enthusiastically received them.

Later, busy with studying and living, she once intended to temporarily put aside her translation work, but her friends urged her to continue to preserve her good karma. Fate came again and again, in order to help readers near and far to have stories of deep feelings, she compiled them into a book with the title Letting go of worries .
It can be said that Letting go of worries is a chance, a spiritual gift that helps each of us gradually discover the gift that life gives - that is "today".
Consisting mostly of self-translated articles that nun Suoi Thong has compiled over the years, the book is also a place where the author opens her heart to bring humane words about life's destiny and human happiness.
With Letting go of worries , the stories have been told, and worries also fly away. Only by loving your body and mind can you live fully.
After the success of the work and its reception by readers, the second work of nun Suoi Thong, entitled Living a Peaceful Life, was published with the hope of continuing to sow good seeds into this vast world.
Although the work is richer in themes and genres, with 101 short stories, the author still prioritizes articles that are self-cultivating, improving personal qualities, looking back and renewing oneself, from thoughts, words to actions.
Because the author believes: “Everything originates from each individual. When we are strong enough, positive energy will spread to the people and things around us, making everything better. That is also the meaning behind the title of this second book: Living a peaceful life”.
…to 101 feelings to renew yourself
Renewing the Garden of the Mind is a new work, and also a continuation of Letting Go of Sorrows and Living a Peaceful Life, which were published earlier.
In Letting Go of Sorrows , readers will mainly find suggestive content – a path to an awakened lifestyle and letting go of the troubles in life.
Coming to Living a Peaceful Life, we read articles that focus on support and assistance in cultivating personal qualities, helping to make life more peaceful.
Combining the two above contents, plus articles related to the process of identifying and discovering new qualities from each person's own soul, are the main topics that Renewing the Mind Garden aims for, also in the form of 101 intimate stories.

With this third book, author Suoi Thong expresses the message that each of our souls is a garden, where there are flowers, leaves, and grass. Therefore, to keep people young and fresh, we need to renew the “garden” with positive and good things.
Similar to the previous two books, in addition to choosing an easy-to-understand explanation for domestic readers, the nun also intentionally synthesized topics close to young people such as filial piety, how to overcome the sadness of a broken heart, and practicing independent living.
