Attending the meeting were comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Tri Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Xuan Ca - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; delegates of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Provincial Party Committee Organization Board.
According to the working program, right after the opening speech of the session chairman, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh presented the Proposal to dismiss the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and to terminate the duties of the Provincial People's Council delegate (term X) for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Phan Viet Cuong. The reason is that Mr. Phan Viet Cuong retired according to the regime and submitted a request to resign from the duties of the Provincial People's Council delegate (term X) for the 2021 - 2026 term.
As a result, 100% of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council (term X) present voted to dismiss Mr. Phan Viet Cuong from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and to terminate his duties as a delegate of the Provincial People's Council (term X).
On that basis, the Provincial People's Council delegates (term X) voted to pass a resolution to dismiss Mr. Phan Viet Cuong from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and to terminate his duties as a Provincial People's Council delegate.
