Many important decisions at the 7th session of the Provincial People's Council

On February 21, the 19th People's Council of Phu Tho province, term 2021 - 2026, held the 7th thematic session to consider and decide on a number of important contents.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Minh Chau emphasized: The 7th thematic session is a session of great importance; in which, implementing the Party's policy on streamlining the apparatus, the Provincial People's Council will approve the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Phu Tho province and dismiss and elect the positions of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, term XIX, term 2021 - 2026, ensuring unified and uninterrupted leadership, direction and management, contributing to meeting the general development requirements of the province in terms of organization and streamlining the organization and apparatus; as a premise for the work of organization and personnel to serve the Party Congresses at all levels in the coming term. This is also the content that is receiving the attention, consensus and support of cadres, party members and people throughout the province.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Council will consider and decide on a number of contents related to socio-economic fields, in order to concretize the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws for implementation in the province.

The Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee requested the delegates of the Provincial People's Council to promote democracy, uphold the sense of responsibility, concentrate their intelligence, carefully study the reports and draft resolutions submitted at the session; discuss and contribute many passionate, profound, frank and quality opinions to unify the adoption of resolutions that ensure compliance with regulations and high feasibility in the implementation process.

Based on the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the dismissal of the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026 term, 100% of the delegates voted in favor and passed the Resolution on the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Duong Hoang Huong due to job transfer. Introducing the candidates to be elected to the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026 term, 100% of the Provincial People's Council delegates attending the Session unanimously elected Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee as Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026 term; at the same time, voted to pass the Resolution confirming the election results of the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien.

At the meeting, delegates listened to Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Quang approve the Proposal on the proposal to dismiss the position of Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term due to resignation to streamline the apparatus and arrange the Party Committee's personnel for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. 100% of delegates voted in favor and passed the Resolution confirming the results of dismissal from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai.

Delegates voted to elect Mr. Nguyen Manh Son, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Viet Tri City to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term with 100% of the votes of the delegates present at the Session.

The provincial People's Council delegates also voted to pass a Resolution confirming the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Manh Son.
