On the afternoon of May 13, the exchange and introduction of the book Renewing the Mind Garden - the third book by nun Suoi Thong (Thich Nu Hanh Duc) - took place at Nguyen Van Binh book street (HCMC).
At the exchange, nun Suoi Thong said that the first book - Letting go of worries - has suggestive content about the path to an awakened lifestyle. The second book, called Living a peaceful life , is about supporting the cultivation of personal qualities, helping to make life more peaceful. In the third book , Renewing the garden of the mind, the nun focuses on the renewal within each person.

Nun Suoi Thong talks about the book's message: "Renewal has become an essential requirement of life. This is one of the ways to help sublimate emotions, change attitudes and enhance personal awareness, to make life more colorful and interesting. Each person has a different situation, a different fate, but if we know how to look back at ourselves and understand what our problems are, that is very important. If we want to cure an illness, we must first know the illness. Let's see the soul as a garden, with flowers, grass, and leaves. If we want ourselves to be young and fresh, we must cultivate the "garden of the heart" by adding positive things, then naturally the negative things will gradually disappear."
Through this book series, the author hopes that these are the first steps on the journey to find happiness, and at the same time, they are a chance, a spiritual gift to help readers discover the gifts that life has given.
