Manulife opens new office in financial “street” District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

With the desire to serve customers and agents better, Manulife has just officially opened the MClass Saigon office in a prime location in the LIM Tower building (9-11 Ton Duc Thang, District 1).

MClass Saigon is ^1,500m2 wide, integrating a professional transaction space for customers and a modern working area for the team of consultants. The new office is intelligently and multifunctionally designed, including: open transaction counter, personal consulting area, training room, office, multifunctional event space... With its location in the financial center of District 1, Manulife wishes to bring maximum convenience to customers, as well as help the team of consultants easily connect and participate in professional training activities.

Ms. Le Thu Ngan (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) said: “ My house is in Thu Duc but it only takes about 20 minutes by metro to get here. The new office is very modern, the consultants are very supportive so I feel secure. Everything is not like my previous images of insurance”.

According to Ms. Tina Nguyen, General Director of Manulife Vietnam, the opening of MClass Saigon office is an important step in the goal of improving customer experience. “ We want every customer to feel the professionalism, dedication and trust when coming to do business. This will be an inspiring workplace for our consultants to maximize their capacity ,” said Ms. Tina.

Modern and comfortable space inside MClass Saigon office

The opening of the MClass Saigon office also shows the strong development of Manulife in recent times. Previously, in 2022, the Company put into operation the MClass Hanoi building with a capacity of more than 7,000 people, becoming a trusted address for customers in the capital. In Ho Chi Minh City, the new MClass Saigon office is expected to continue to become the top choice of people in financial and insurance transactions.

In just the past year, Manulife has upgraded a series of new offices in key provinces and cities such as the headquarters in District 7 (HCMC), Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, etc. In 2025, the Canadian insurance company said it will continue to launch many customer-focused solutions. Most recently, the company has deployed M-PS (Manulife Promoter System) - a system that receives feedback on customer satisfaction after each transaction, helping Manulife proactively improve service quality.
