Specifically, based on the content of Notice No. 613 on the results of the inspection of the implementation of bidding packages for the procurement of assets and equipment of agencies, organizations and units under the Department of Education and Training, the Department develops a plan to organize reviews and criticisms of relevant collectives and individuals during the inspection period, as follows:

Review the personal responsibilities involved in the storage of accounting records and documents that have not been fully preserved according to regulations, leading to the loss of records at Gia Dinh High School.

Review the personal responsibilities involved in implementing the instructions on procurement and bidding leading to the wrong spending according to regulations at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.

Review the personal responsibilities involved in not ensuring the components of the dossier for developing socialized collection plans according to regulations, as a basis for creating a 50% socialized funding source to purchase interactive boards in accordance with the policy of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee at the time of project implementation.

Criticize collectives and individuals for the poor preservation and use of equipment in some units, leading to many damaged, degraded and ineffective devices.

The document of the Department of Education and Training of the City requires the Principal of Gia Dinh High School to make an explanatory report, make a list of related individuals, and write a self-criticism for the storage of accounting records and documents that have not been fully preserved according to regulations, leading to the loss of records.

In addition, according to the Department of Education and Training, there are 66 units that do not ensure the components of the dossier to build socialized collection plans according to regulations, as a basis for creating a 50% socialized funding source to purchase interactive boards in accordance with the policy of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee at the time of project implementation, and are responsible for explaining in writing the related contents, making a list of related individuals at the stage of the violations mentioned in Notice No. 613 of the Department of Education and Training.

23 units have not properly maintained and used equipment, leading to many damaged, degraded and ineffective devices. The principals of the units are requested to report and explain the solution. The HCM City Department of Education and Training will issue a written criticism and warning to the relevant groups and individuals after receiving the report.

The units that make the report (with evidence if any), the individuals involved are responsible for writing the review honestly, voluntarily admitting shortcomings, not avoiding, voluntarily accepting disciplinary action (if any), proposing solutions and correcting shortcomings and limitations, taking remedial measures and participating in the review meeting according to regulations.
