On the evening of May 18, during the working process, the special task force discovered a group of young people aged 14 to 17 driving a vehicle without a license plate, without a helmet, and with modified exhaust pipes at high speed on some roads in Nam Cuong ward, Lao Cai city. Using professional measures, at around 10 p.m., the task force brought 5 vehicles and many young people to the headquarters to make a record of the violations such as: Vehicle without a license plate, no mirrors, no helmet, carrying people without helmets, vehicle without a muffler and no registration papers...
