Lam Dong urgently completes procedures and disburses capital for 2 highway projects

Lam Dong requested relevant agencies and units to urgently focus on completing the Feasibility Study Report, basic design and environmental impact assessment documents of the two highway projects.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has just requested the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Provincial Transport Project Management Board to urgently and focus on completing the Feasibility Study Report, basic design and environmental impact assessment documents of the two expressway projects; closely follow the Central Ministries and branches, promptly complete the contents according to the appraisal opinions of competent authorities to ensure the completion of the project appraisal and approval documents according to regulations; review the volume of work done in investment preparation, promptly establish payment procedures in accordance with regulations, as a basis for disbursing the capital allocated in the 2024 plan.

The People's Committees of Duc Trong, Di Linh, Bao Lam, Da Huoai, Da Teh districts and Bao Loc city proactively coordinate with relevant units to speed up the project implementation progress; urgently complete investment procedures for residential areas and resettlement areas to serve the resettlement of the two expressway projects; prepare conditions in advance and complete the apparatus, add personnel to perform the tasks of investors of component projects for compensation, site clearance, and resettlement.

The Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Finance, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committees of the districts: Duc Trong, Di Linh, Bao Lam, Da Huoai, Da Teh and Bao Loc city focus on inspecting and urging the implementation of the two expressway projects; closely follow and promptly advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the implementation progress of the projects, ensuring conditions for capital disbursement according to regulations.
