Expect many excellent works at the National Television Festival

The 42nd National Television Festival will be held in Quy Nhon City from March 19-22, 2025, gathering the best works of the Vietnamese television industry. Currently, the judging process is taking place vigorously to select the most typical works.

With 734 works from 100 units, the Festival continues to affirm its position as a prestigious playground for the national television industry. Among the 11 categories, the categories of short reportage (148 works), reportage (140 works), and Documentary (97 works) attracted the largest number of entries. Many works have been carefully invested in, not only reflecting important socio-economic issues of the country but also bringing life and insightful perspectives to the locality, which were highly appreciated by the Jury.

After appearing for the first time at the 41st National Television Festival, the Digital Video category continues to be present at this year's festival. With 66 entries, the number has increased significantly compared to the previous festival, showing the positive progress of the television industry in the current context. However, for this category to truly develop strongly, in line with the digital transformation trend and meet the increasing needs of the audience, there are still many challenges and work that need attention.

With a sense of responsibility and objectivity, the Jury is focusing highly on the judging process. Through the initial evaluation process, the Jury has analyzed and suggested important issues of the television industry.

The television industry is currently facing both challenges and opportunities. Maintaining the organization of the National Television Festival is important, creating a space for television professionals to meet, exchange expertise, promote cooperation and update new trends.

With 7 works participating in 6 genres, Son La Provincial Radio and Television Station hopes that participating in the festival will gain more experience, new production methods and approaches, thereby improving the quality of the station's programs in the coming time./.
