(DN) - On the afternoon of August 4, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Thi Bich Hang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Luu Thi Ha chaired a conference to unify the content and program of the 13th session - Special session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.

Through discussion, agreement and supplementation, the conference agreed to submit to the 13th session of the Provincial People's Council 8 important contents, including the following reports and drafts: Resolution stipulating principles, conditions and expenditure levels to support technology transfer, application and innovation activities in Dong Nai province in the period of 2023 - 2030; Resolution on promulgating the content and expenditure levels for implementing e-commerce development in the province; Resolution on giving opinions on the public investment plan for 2024 and Report and draft Resolution on approving the planning of Dong Nai province for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. The meeting is expected to be held on September 14 at the headquarters of the Provincial State Bloc.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Thi Bich Hang requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to preside over drafting contents to ensure thoroughness and quality; send documents to the Provincial People's Council Committees, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for review, social criticism and submit for comments to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to ensure progress, compliance with regulations and provisions of law. In particular, the contents submitted for comments to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee must be sent no later than September 1; the contents for social criticism must be sent no later than August 20. The Provincial People's Council Committees, based on the assignment of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, closely coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee and the departments and branches in charge of drafting to thoroughly review the contents submitted to the meeting.

The conference also agreed on two contents that will be subject to social criticism: The submission and draft resolution on approving the planning of Dong Nai province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 and the submission and draft resolution supplementing the list of cases of changing the purpose of using rice-growing land under 10 hectares.
Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Thi Bich Hang added that the content of the support policy for teachers in the province is the content that the Provincial Party Secretary directed to be presented at the meeting before the new school year starts. However, according to the Department of Education and Training, the process of drafting this resolution is not on schedule, so it is requested to be presented at the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of the year. The Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Department of Education and Training to report to the Provincial People's Committee so that the Provincial People's Committee's Executive Committee can report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to request to postpone this content.
