Signing of cooperation agreement on drug prevention work

This afternoon, May 30, at Quang Tri Police Station, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the police of Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue provinces and Da Nang City jointly organized a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on drug prevention and control.

Accordingly, the parties regularly exchange information on the situation of crime and drug abuse; establish, connect, and support each other to improve the effectiveness of drug prevention and control propaganda work in cyberspace; coordinate to grasp the situation, proactively prevent and combat drug crime lines, gangs, and criminals operating inter-provincially, transnationally related to the areas of the four units.

The signing of the cooperation agreement in drug prevention and control aims to improve the effectiveness of coordination in grasping the situation, applying preventive measures, and combating drug crimes and evils, especially drug crime rings operating between provinces and across countries, contributing to ensuring security and order in the four provinces and cities in particular and the North Central region in general.
