Tien Giang Provincial leaders visited the French Embassy in Hanoi and witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation with Andros Vietnam Company.

Also attending the event were Minister Delegate in charge of Foreign Trade and French people abroad Laurent Saint-Martin and French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Industry and Trade of Tien Giang Province and Andros Vietnam Company aims to define the framework of strategic cooperation between the two sides in the coming time. The two sides commit to support each other in the following areas: Investment and industrial development, agricultural partnership, sustainable development and social responsibility, employment and training.

Accordingly, Andros Vietnam Company will invest an additional 20 million USD in 2025 in Tien Giang to increase production capacity to serve the export of local agricultural products, improve and automate production processes to increase competitiveness, and reduce negative impacts of the production process on the environment.

In addition, the company will also continue to support Tien Giang farmers in improving farming efficiency and promoting sustainable production as well as implementing the company's social responsibility initiatives for the local community.

Andros Vietnam commits to continue creating more jobs for local workers and coordinate with Tien Giang authorities in vocational training for workers in accordance with the company's needs. Andros Vietnam hopes that Tien Giang provincial leaders will pay attention to supporting the company to soon implement the commitments within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding as soon as possible.

Andros Group, through the presence of its subsidiary Andros Vietnam Company (Hung Phat Fruit Production Company Limited), has officially been present in Tien Giang province since 2016, marking an important turning point in the development and expansion of Andros's market in Vietnam.

In the Vietnamese market, Andros Vietnam has had strong and significant growth in exporting fruits and fruit products, strengthening its commercial presence in the Vietnamese market by supplying the market with a variety of products manufactured by Andros Vietnam.

With a total investment of over 25 million USD with 2 factories in My Tho City and Go Cong City with a capacity of about 20,000 tons of finished products/year; employing 300 - 500 workers, mostly from local labor sources, the company's operations in recent times in Tien Giang have contributed to building a chain of production and consumption of fruit products, creating jobs and promoting the province's socio -economic development.
