Mr. Nghiem Quoc Anh (from Ninh Binh) shared that the whole process of stopping the vehicle for inspection only took about 5 minutes. This did not affect the travel time much but ensured personal safety.

The Captain of Road Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 3 said that as of 3 p.m. the same day, at alcohol concentration checkpoints on the Phap Van - National Highway 45, traffic police officers and soldiers had checked nearly 1,000 vehicles but had not detected any violations.

"This is a good sign that most drivers are aware of and strictly follow the rule of not driving after drinking alcohol. Driving after drinking alcohol poses a potential risk of traffic accidents, and on highways, this risk is much greater when cars are traveling at high speeds," Lieutenant Colonel Thang analyzed.
