State Treasury Region XVIII announces decisions on personnel work

Conference delegates.

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrade Ngo Thi Nhung, Deputy Director of the State Treasury, Ministry of Finance; Bui Dinh Thien, Director of the State Treasury Region XVIII; and representatives of the leaders of the departments and offices of the State Treasury; comrades in the Board of Directors, leaders of the departments of the State Treasury of Tra Vinh, Ben Tre and Soc Trang.

According to Decision No. 385/QD-BTC dated February 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Treasury. The State Treasury structure is organized from the central to local levels according to a 2-level model, including: the State Treasury under the Ministry of Finance has 10 units at the central level; the local State Treasury is organized according to 20 regions and the regional State Treasury is organized with an average of no more than 10 staff and support offices and 350 transaction offices.

Comrade Ngo Thi Nhung, Deputy Director of the State Treasury, presented the decision to appoint civil servants to the leadership position of the State Treasury Region XVIII.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Hien, Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department, State Treasury announced the decisions of the State Treasury on the appointment of 05 comrades to the position of Deputy Director of the State Treasury Region XVIII: (1) Bui Van Buong, Deputy Director in charge of the State Treasury of Tra Vinh province; (2) Nguyen Huu Tho, Deputy Director of the State Treasury of Tra Vinh province; (3) Vo Thanh Tam, Deputy Director of the State Treasury of Ben Tre province; (4) Tran Duy Thai, Director of the State Treasury of Soc Trang province; (5) Ung Phung Hoang, Deputy Director of the State Treasury of Soc Trang province.

Leaders of the State Treasury, Ministry of Finance and leaders of the State Treasury Region XVIII presented the decision to appoint the position of Head of Department to the comrades of the Staff and Support Department.

The conference announced Decision No. 71/QD-KBNN, dated March 5, 2025 of the State Treasury on the number of staff offices and the number, management area, and headquarters of the Transaction Offices of the State Treasury Region XVIII, including 08 staff and support offices and 13 transaction offices.

Leaders of the State Treasury, the Ministry of Finance and leaders of the State Treasury Region XVIII presented the decision to appoint the position of Head of Department to the comrades of the Transaction Department.

Previously, the State Treasury issued Decision No. 35/QD-KBNN, dated March 5, 2025 of the State Treasury on appointing civil servants to hold leadership positions for a term for comrade Bui Dinh Thien, Director of the State Treasury of Phu Yen province, who was appointed to the position of Director of the State Treasury of Region XVIII.
