Creating opportunities for young entrepreneurs to reach out to the world
As a young entrepreneur, I have seen that during the 2019-2024 term, the Vietnam Youth Union has taken many practical actions, contributing to creating a favorable start-up and career environment for young people, especially many activities connecting businesses and like-minded entrepreneurs. Through events, seminars and forums, I have the opportunity to meet and learn from successful entrepreneurs and economic experts; at the same time, expand my network of relationships, seek opportunities for cooperation in production and product consumption.
During the 2024-2029 term, I am pleased that the Vietnam Youth Union continues to implement the movement "Vietnamese Youth Start-up and Innovation" and has proposed many solutions on capital support, science and technology transfer activities, training to improve knowledge, skills, digital transformation in startups...
I hope that the Association at all levels will continue to expand financial support programs, especially research and develop venture capital funds for potential start-up projects; promote international linkage programs, create opportunities for young people to access foreign markets, and learn from advanced start-up models in the world.

Improve the quality of young human resources
As an official delegate attending the National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 2024-2029 term, I bring to the congress the aspirations, expectations and determination of the young generation of Ben Tre province in the cause of national construction and development, especially in the era of national growth.
First is the aspiration for sustainable and creative development. In the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution and digital transformation, I and the young people of Ben Tre province have the aspiration to contribute to the development of the country by innovating thinking, applying science and technology and creativity in all fields. With advantages in agriculture, especially coconut trees, Ben Tre can become a model in developing the rural economy associated with technology, while protecting the environment and promoting the sustainable value of natural resources.
Regarding the expectation of improving the quality of young human resources, we hope to create a generation of young people who are not only good at their profession but also have strong political will, strong ethics and the ability to master technology. In particular, education, soft skills training, and leadership development for young people are important factors in building a high-quality workforce, ready to meet the strict requirements in the era of globalization and integration.
At the same time, we are determined to actively participate in the protection and development of the country. We are determined to fulfill our mission as young leaders, always taking the lead in patriotic emulation movements, volunteer activities, environmental protection, natural disaster prevention, and contributing to the construction of new rural areas.
Regarding the aspiration to build a generation of united, creative and patriotic youth, we expect that in the coming term, the Vietnam Youth Union will continue to be an important bridge, creating useful playgrounds, promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of young people towards the community and society. We will also continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance and creativity in start-up activities, innovation and digital transformation, to contribute to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
In addition, Ben Tre youth are also particularly interested in preserving and promoting the cultural values and traditions of the nation. Maintaining cultural identity, promoting the research movement, and preserving unique cultural heritages are among the important tasks in the era of global integration.
I believe that with youth, intelligence and enthusiasm, Vietnamese youth will make practical contributions to strongly rising up, affirming their position in the international arena, and at the same time building a fair, civilized and sustainably developing society.

A generation of enthusiastic and socially responsible youth
On the eve of the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, as a member of the delegation of Ben Tre province attending this congress, I feel very honored, proud and expectant of the congress, a day of solidarity of Vietnamese youth at home and abroad. I bring aspirations, expectations and determination towards a bright future for the young generation of Vietnam, in the context of the country's strong development in the international arena.
I believe that with the spirit of enthusiastic competition and high determination, Vietnamese youth will continue to promote the heroic tradition, worthy of being the vanguard and creative force, contributing to the development of the homeland and the country. I believe that the congress is the crystallization of the intelligence and enthusiasm of the youth, inheriting and promoting the heroic tradition of previous generations. Vietnamese youth are patriotic, creative, volunteering, integrating, developing, determined to contribute their youth, and taking the initiative to act under the Party's guiding flag. In the next term, we will continue to build a strong organization, expand the solidarity front to gather young people, equip young people with necessary skills in the 4.0 era, focusing on equipping them with legal knowledge, soft skills and information technology skills to build a new generation of Vietnamese youth who are increasingly progressive, capable, confident and ready to integrate.
At the same time, encourage young people to live beautifully, comply with legal regulations and conduct themselves in cyberspace, enthusiastically volunteer, and contribute to building a prosperous, civilized, and happy homeland and country.
Wishing the congress great success. Hopefully the congress will be the starting point for creative ideas, a gathering place for the new generation of enthusiastic and socially responsible youth.

Aspiration to move forward
I am personally honored to be an official delegate to the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.
On the eve of the congress with the slogan of action for the term "Vietnamese Youth - Aspiration to contribute - Solidarity in action - Creating the future - Building the country", I believe and expect that the congress will propose many action programs and practical solutions to develop the start-up movement among young people, encourage and create favorable conditions for young people to enthusiastically work and produce to enrich not only their homeland but also to rise strongly, affirming the position of Vietnamese youth in the international arena.
With the desire to move forward, I always try to create new ideas and solutions, apply technology to work to optimize and promote the economy, and also participate in social activities, protect the environment, support the community...
In the coming time, I am determined to strive, constantly learn and develop skills to become an example for the younger generation, inspire, share knowledge and experience, encourage young people to pursue their dreams and contribute to the nation's rising era.

Affirming the pioneering role in digital transformation
As an official delegate of the National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, I hope that the congress is truly a great festival for the youth of the whole country. It is a place where the strength of the most outstanding young people converge, together with the consultation of the Vietnam Youth Union Committee, who are truly talented and dedicated people so that the position of the young generation of Vietnam is increasingly affirmed in the international arena.
In particular, coming to the congress, I want to listen to the policies of the Central Committee, the sharing of delegates from the provinces about economic development work among youth in residential areas, to find a suitable direction for the youth of Yen Dinh district who want to develop the economy in their homeland.
In the new era, I hope that with the policies and mechanisms from the Central Committee, the attention and facilitation of Party committees and authorities at all levels, young people will have more opportunities to contribute, practice, mature and develop. I also hope that each young person needs to improve their own responsibility in self-training and accessing digital technology to more clearly affirm the role of young people in pioneering digital transformation, building a digital economy and digital society, and I think this is the key issue for Vietnamese youth in general and Thanh Hoa province in particular to actively contribute to the construction and development of the homeland and the country.
