With courage, responsibility, innovative thinking, and creativity, young entrepreneurs in the province have been strongly and confidently taking on challenges in many fields and business sectors and gradually conquering success. Thereby, promoting and developing production and business, creating jobs for workers, contributing to ensuring social security, joining hands to build Quang Ninh into a model province, rich, beautiful, civilized and modern.
Community efforts
Thinking back to the past September, each of us not only remembers the terrible devastation of Typhoon Yagi, which caused extremely heavy damage to all aspects of life, but certainly will not forget the solidarity and support from each person, each family, each business and unit. Although many businesses also suffered great damage and losses, with the spirit of "loving others as you love yourself", "the whole leaf covers the torn leaf", the business community of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has coordinated with units and organizations to quickly deploy relief activities, supporting people in heavily affected localities to quickly overcome difficulties and rebuild their lives.
Accordingly, on September 14, 2024, the Quang Ninh Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association coordinated with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to support 4 families in difficult circumstances in Ha Long City, Cam Pha, Uong Bi and Quang Yen Town to build and repair houses severely damaged by the storm with a total value of 320 million VND.
On September 20, 2024, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association continued to coordinate with the Provincial Youth Union to provide funding to support house repairs for 30 families in difficult circumstances and policy families in Ha Long City, Uong Bi, Quang Yen Town, Dam Ha, Tien Yen and Binh Lieu districts with a total value of 300 million VND. Along with that, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association sponsored two children in Tien Yen district with an amount of 500,000 VND/child/month for 3 years.
Not only during the storms, every year, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association promotes its internal strength, mobilizes resources to build charity houses, houses of gratitude for poor families, supports the care of Agent Orange victims, and sponsors poor children. Thanks to the support of the Association, many people have realized their dream of settling down and having a career.
That is also the joy and dream of Ms. Le Thi Oanh's family, who is in particularly difficult circumstances in Binh Ngoc ward (Mong Cai city), when recently the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Northern Midlands Cluster (including Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho) handed over a charity house project with a support fund of 80 million VND.
Mrs. Oanh was moved: From now on, my family will not have to worry about storms. Having a new, sturdy house has been my family's dream for many years but has not been able to come true. I am truly grateful for the love and kindness of the young entrepreneurs who have joined hands to support my family, giving us more motivation to strive to build a prosperous life.
Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has donated 20 million VND to the Provincial Youth Talent Fund; supported 120 million VND to support 20 Agent Orange victims in difficult circumstances in the province according to the program of signing a joint resolution on helping Agent Orange victims between the Quang Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Provincial Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims in 3 years 2022, 2023 and 2024 with a budget of 120 million VND/year.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, said: Social and charitable activities are always identified by the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association as regular activities, built into the annual plans and programs of the Association. These meaningful activities not only demonstrate the sentiment of sharing with the community but also help businesses connect with each other, strive together, and make efforts to contribute more to society. Along with maintaining social security activities, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to accompany and support young people in starting and establishing businesses, helping young people gain more knowledge, experience, motivation, and confidence to develop effective and sustainable economic models, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

Although having achieved certain successes in the export garment sector with 3 stable factories in Quang Ninh and Hai Duong and the processing of Vanbest branded fish sauce, an OCOP 4 product of Quang Ninh province, businesswoman Cao Hong Van, Chairman of Newstar LLC Recently, the company has expanded its business ecosystem by launching the cafe, breakfast, and event organization complex Caseyai Coffee & Food in Hanoi.

Starting point as a young person who loves technology, with passion, enthusiasm, ready to challenge himself, Mr. Pham Thanh Nhan (born in 1989), Director of Cyberlogistics Vietnam Technology Development Joint Stock Company, has written his own story on the journey to becoming a successful young entrepreneur, adding motivation and encouragement to young people to confidently start a business.
This is also the first enterprise in Quang Ninh to be certified as a Science and Technology Enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Vietnam Cyberlogistics Technology Development Joint Stock Company has grown continuously over the years, with revenue from 2021 to 2023 increasing 6.9 times. Mr. Pham Thanh Nhan has been in the Top 100 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs 2023 certified by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and the title of Outstanding Young Face of Quang Ninh Province in 2023.
