The province also requested the Lam Dong Provincial Police to direct the investigation and strictly handle the case; requested the provincial Department of Education and Training to rectify and strictly handle the case.
Speaking with Thanh Nien reporter, the leader of Bao Loc City Police said that they are consolidating the case file, waiting for the results of the examination. If there is enough basis, they will issue a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Mr. TSH, Principal of LB Secondary and High School, to investigate the act of having sexual intercourse with a child under 16 years old.

Initial information, Mr. TSH previously knew NHA (15 years old, living in Bao Loc City) who worked at a coffee shop. Mr. TSH and NHA often texted and talked. In early October 2023, the two arranged to meet at a motel in P.B'Lao (Bao Loc).
On October 2, NHA came home late and acted unusually. When questioned by family members, NHA said she had had sex with Mr. TSH. After checking the text messages exchanged between Mr. TSH and NHA, NHA's family filed a complaint with the police.
After getting involved, Bao Loc City Police invited Mr. TSH to work, collect evidence, take samples for examination to consolidate the case file for handling according to the law.
