According to records, just two minutes after the website fixed the error, the number of people waiting had reached more than 40,000. By 12:30, there were about more than 100,000 people waiting to buy tickets for the concert on the night of July 29.

Ticket sales for the July 30th show have been changed from 2pm to 3pm.
Meanwhile, the ticket sales portal for the second session was announced to start at 2:00 p.m. on the same day. However, just a few minutes before the second session opened, the system unexpectedly displayed the opening time as 3:00 p.m. on the same day.
Regarding the reason for changing the ticket sales session for the July 30th show, Ticketbox said: "Because the demand for tickets is very high, Ticketbox wants to bring the audience the best experience, so the Born Pink World Tour Hanoi Show 2 concert (July 30, 2023) will postpone the opening date to 3:00 p.m. on July 7. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We hope to serve everyone better."
