Excited to exchange and share. |
Since arriving in this land, Mai and Pu have had countless new experiences, from kitchen work to adventures exploring amazing nature, from the mountains to the surrounding world. This is the first time they have experienced days away from their families, without the protection of their parents, but in those things, the characters have grown up, understood and loved more the traditional values of the nation.
One of the special details in "The Ancient Book of a Mother Goddess" is the image of the goddess appearing by the waterfall. "By the waterfall, there was a woman sitting playing the lute, her face radiant with light, her mouth smiling warmly. She was wearing a dark blue dress, her head wrapped in a turban, on the turban and on the chest of the dress were silver and yellow flowers. Around her were colorful birds flying..."
The story impresses with the beauty of the goddess' image, and also attracts with the message it wants to convey: Every human being has a hidden power, a magical connection with nature and the universe.

In the story, the goddess is not only present as a symbol of strength and power but also as a mother figure in folklore.
Mothers in folk tales are often transformed into supernatural images, such as Mother Earth, Mother Flower, Mother Water, and each of these mother models carries within them a very special role and mission in protecting and nurturing their children, and protecting their homeland.

The characters: Fox, Mr. Tron, Mat Lanh, Mr. Tu Vi... all carry suspicious signs, full of vague events, making readers constantly speculate. Finally, with the guidance from the strange dream about the goddess, the character Mai skillfully pieces together the small details, and all the instructions seem to point to one sign, one person...

Children love this friendly space. |
The book brings a story with unexpected twists, sending a subtle message about the multidimensionality in the way of looking at people and life.
Mr. Cold Eyes, who seems cold, actually has a warm heart; Mr. Mute, who is silent, is not short of words; and Mr. Round, who seems gentle, has a completely different personality.
Each character is like a multi-layered painting, reflecting the complexity of human nature.

Young readers asked the writer many questions. |
Similarly, the ancient book is not only a physical object, but also a symbol of knowledge, and the way each character deals with it reveals something about their true self. The folk tale of the bag of wisdom - a bag that does not respond to selfish demands - is clearly reflected in Mr. Tron's father-son relationship, where ambition and greed have obscured the true value of knowledge.
From there, the story also conveys a profound lesson: Owning books is not enough to love books, knowledge only truly shines when associated with noble qualities such as kindness, honesty and courage. That is when knowledge shines like a magical light, enveloping the human soul with pure and genuine beauty.
