At the ceremony, officers from the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order, Ministry of Public Security and National Archives Center III jointly inspected and checked the artifacts and matched the seals before the official handover. The artifacts handed over this time are the seals of 16 agencies, including: Ethnic Committee; Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Ministry of Transport; Ministry of Construction; Ministry of Information and Communications; General Department of Customs; General Statistics Office; General Department of Taxation; General Department of Market Management; General Department of State Reserves; General Department of Hydrometeorology; State Treasury; State Securities Commission; General Department of Vocational Education.

It is known that the National Archives Center III is currently one of the largest archives centers in Vietnam, with the most modern archives in Southeast Asia. Currently, the Center is preserving nearly 14km of documents, mainly administrative documents of the country from 1945 to the present, many of which have been recognized as National Treasures. Along with the documents that have been preserved through the ages, the Center continues to collect and preserve many valuable documents of the nation, and at the same time has many active activities to effectively promote the document blocks, serving the cause of national construction and development.
Regarding the seals received on March 20, Dr. Tran Viet Hoa, Director of National Archives Center III, said that after receiving the above seals, the Center will process and preserve them long-term to serve historical research.
