This is considered an important cultural and tourism event to honor the beauty of the typical flower associated with Vinh Hiep land, while contributing to promoting the image of Vinh Thanh homeland to visitors from near and far.
The Trang flower festival at Ta Ma stream will last until March 23 with many special activities such as a starling contest, a photo exhibition introducing the landscape and culture of Vinh Thanh, as well as art exchange programs between local artisans and tourists.
The festival space is meticulously designed with clusters of flowers in bright red, yellow, and orange displayed throughout the area, creating a vivid natural picture along with miniature landscapes such as flower gardens, suspension bridges, and clear streams, bringing harmony between people and nature.

Highlights of the festival are unique folk cultural activities imbued with local identity. Visitors can enjoy the gong performance typical of the Bana Kriem people, explore the art of weaving and brocade weaving, as well as participate in interesting folk games.
In addition, the traditional artifacts exhibition area and food stalls attract a large number of visitors. Local specialties such as grilled chicken with bamboo rice, banh it la gai, and can wine are introduced to visitors, bringing unique and unforgettable culinary experiences.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Mr. Huynh Duc Bao, Vice Chairman of Vinh Thanh District People's Committee, said: Ta Ma Stream has long been known as a wild, majestic place with winding rocky rapids and cool, clear water flowing all four seasons.
The Ta Ma Stream Flower Festival is not only an opportunity for us to admire the beauty of the typical flower but also an opportunity for the community to unite, preserve and promote traditional cultural values. This is also an opportunity for Vinh Thanh district to introduce to tourists the potential for local tourism development, contributing to promoting economic development and improving people's lives.
At this festival, visitors can enjoy and experience activities imbued with traditional cultural identity such as reenacting the New Rice Festival; performing gongs, xoang dances, and traditional ethnic musical instruments; performing singing, dancing, and orchestral performances; participating in folk dances, and participating in folk games; and visiting traditional artifacts. In addition, visitors can also enjoy local specialties, participate in interesting activities such as weaving, brocade weaving, admiring and taking photos with Trang flowers; and learn about the customs and practices of the local people.

At the opening ceremony of the festival, Mr. Ho Vinh Thao, Head of the Department of Rural Development of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, announced the decision of the Provincial People's Committee to recognize "Ha Ri Brocade Weaving Village" for Ha Ri village, Vinh Hiep commune.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Vinh Thanh district in coordination with the Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Dinh also opened the Vietnamese Goods Fair for the mountainous areas of Vinh Thanh district in 2025, combining the organization of the Fair to introduce and support the consumption of typical products, specialties, and potential of ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Vinh Thanh district in 2025.
This is one of the activities to support businesses, cooperatives, production and business establishments, and craft villages in the province to meet, exchange, learn about the needs, product standards, and supply methods for the mountainous market, exploit raw materials, promote trade promotion, and expand the market for goods to people inside and outside the district to visit and shop.
