On the morning of July 28, Ngoc Hoi District People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the 1st Ethnic Folk Song and Instrument Festival 2023.

Participating in the 1st Ngoc Hoi District Folk Song and Instrument Festival in 2023 are more than 100 artisans from 8 communes and towns in the district. The artisans express and perform the cultural characteristics of each ethnic group through folk songs, musical instruments, and traditional costumes of their ethnic groups.

The festival is not only an opportunity to introduce and promote folk songs, musical instruments, performing arts, and typical and unique performances in the life of ethnic communities in the district to the general public, but also an opportunity for artisans and mass actors to meet and exchange cultural and artistic experiences, further strengthening the solidarity of ethnic groups, promoting and developing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", contributing to making the cultural life of the community more vibrant, rich and lively.
