Previously, Nguoi Dua Tin published an article " An Sinh International General Clinic built on agricultural land ".
The content is related to the fact that this clinic blatantly built illegally despite being administratively sanctioned and required to remedy the consequences by the People's Committee of Trang Bom district.
Reporters recorded the current status of An Sinh International Clinic on December 28. The clinic has been completed on agricultural land and put into operation.
After the article was published, to have more multi-dimensional and objective information, on December 1, Nguoi Dua Tin reporters continued to go to the People's Committee of Cay Gao commune to register for a working schedule related to the above issue.
The reporter contacted Mr. Tran Thanh Nghi, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, many times to discuss the previously scheduled content, but until now there has been no official response from the Cay Gao Commune People's Committee.
After that, the reporter contacted Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Secretary of Trang Bom District Party Committee, to report that An Sinh International Clinic was built on agricultural land.
On December 7, Trang Bom District Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 3933-CV/HU directing Trang Bom District People's Committee on the issue of "An Sinh International General Clinic illegally built on agricultural land", directing competent authorities to inspect and clarify the content of the reflection posted by Nguoi Dua Tin earlier.
At the same time, promptly direct urgent remediation of violations, determine the responsibilities of relevant groups and individuals, and strictly handle them according to the provisions of law.
The clinic is still operating (reporter's note on December 28).
On December 18, Trang Bom District People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 16602/UBND-THKT directing the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Home Affairs, and the People's Committee of Cay Gao Commune to assign the People's Committee of Cay Gao Commune to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to clarify the content of the reflection and handle it; at the same time, determine the responsibility of relevant collectives and individuals. The implementation results will be reported to the District People's Committee before 11:00 a.m. on December 19.
Although this clinic was previously fined and forced to restore its original state; although the authorities have issued many documents requesting to correct the violations, as noted by the reporter on December 28, the land user has not yet completed the procedures related to changing the land use purpose. The clinic is still operating openly.
When will the illegally built clinic be forced to close?
An Sinh International Clinic is located on Provincial Road 762 in Cay Gao Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province.
The land user, Mr. Dinh Sy Thoi, built a prefabricated house including: brick walls, iron columns, corrugated iron roof and a toilet on agricultural land, with a construction area of about 480m2, on map sheet No. 13, plot No. 63, Cay Gao commune.

Previously, in a quick phone conversation with reporters , Chairman of the People's Committee of Cay Gao Commune - Mr. Tran Thanh Nghi said that the People's Committee of the commune had invited the investor to work, but the investor only agreed to pay the administrative fine (6,786,272 VND), but had not yet complied with the remediation of the consequences and restoration of the land's current status.
If after the time given for the landowner to remedy the situation, the authorities still do not remedy the situation, the authorities will develop a plan for enforcement according to regulations.
