Phu Xuyen District won the First Prize in the preliminary round of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest, Cluster 5

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Dinh Van Khoa said that, implementing President Ho Chi Minh's teachings and the Party's guiding views on mass mobilization work, in recent years, the Hanoi Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have strengthened leadership and direction, constantly innovated, improved the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in general and the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in particular.

Making "Skillful Mass Mobilization" a widespread emulation movement, attracting the participation and response of a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members and all classes of Hanoi people, becoming a unique feature in the Mass Mobilization work of the Capital Party Committee.

With the aim of creating a broad political movement in the entire City Party Committee on mass mobilization work in particular, Party building work and the political system in general, right from the beginning of the year, the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee issued Plan No. 48-KH/BDVTU on organizing the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Contest of Hanoi City in 2024. At the same time, this is determined to be a key activity of the Mass Mobilization sector to celebrate major holidays and anniversaries of the Capital and the country, especially to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, a historical milestone of special significance to the Capital and the whole country.

Based on the plan of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, localities, agencies and units in the city, including 6 districts in Competition Cluster No. 5, have developed a plan and organized the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Competition from the grassroots to the district level to select the best teams to compete in the preliminary round at the city level today.

Through the organization of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Contest for those working in mass mobilization to learn and exchange experiences. From the content that the teams perform on stage, it will contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of the entire political system about the position, role and importance of mass mobilization work, mass mobilization work; propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies.

Especially the Party's policies on mass mobilization work in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country; discovering and replicating typical examples of skillful mass mobilization in all areas of social life; consolidating and enhancing the people's trust in the Party and the State; contributing to promoting the successful implementation of tasks of economic, cultural - social development, national defense - security, and building the political system in localities, units and cities.

At the contest, the teams went through 3 rounds, including: introduction; knowledge of mass mobilization work and skills and expertise in mass mobilization work. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Phu Xuyen district team; Second Prize to 2 teams from Thuong Tin and Thanh Oai districts; Third Prize to 3 teams from Chuong My, My Duc and Ung Hoa districts.

According to the plan, in August 2024, the Organizing Committee of the Competition will organize the preliminary round of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Competition at the city level in 6 clusters. Through the preliminary round at 6 clusters, the Organizing Committee will select the best teams to compete in the Final Round of the Competition, held on the morning of September 21, 2024 at the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace. The award ceremony of the Final Round of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Competition of Hanoi City in 2024 will take place on the same morning, broadcast live on Channel 1 - Hanoi Radio and Television.
