Over 400 competitions were organized at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the opening of the final round of the contest, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Vu Ha said that, implementing Directive No. 27-CT/TU, dated December 20, 2023 of the Hanoi Party Committee on organizing activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) and a number of important holidays and anniversaries in 2024; To practically celebrate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh writing the article "Mass Mobilization" (October 15, 1949 - October 15, 2024), the 94th anniversary of the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024), and the 25th anniversary of "Mass Mobilization Day of the whole country" (October 15, 1999 - October 15, 2024), the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee launched the organization of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" contest throughout the city.
After 7 months of active and enthusiastic implementation, there have been over 400 "Skillful Civil Mobilization" competitions organized from the grassroots level to districts, towns and cities (326 grassroots competitions, 87 preliminary and final competitions at districts, towns and cities). Through the preliminary and final rounds, localities, agencies and units have selected 35 excellent teams to participate in the preliminary round at the city level organized in 6 competition clusters, corresponding to 6 competition clusters of the city's civil mobilization system.
Through 6 preliminary rounds, the teams brought attractive performances, distilled from the rich practice of mass mobilization work, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, bravery and intelligence of the capital's mass mobilization staff.
As a result, the Organizing Committee selected the 6 best teams, representing localities, agencies and units in the city to compete in the City-level Final round, including: Tay Ho district; Dong Anh district; Dong Da district; Phuc Tho district; Phu Xuyen district; City Police.
According to the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the successful organization of the final round of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" contest will contribute to encouraging and motivating the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, encouraging the enthusiasm and creativity of the cadres doing mass mobilization work of the Capital Party Committee, creating a vibrant, enthusiastic and determined competitive atmosphere to complete the targets and tasks of 2024 and the entire period of 2020 - 2025.
This morning, 6 teams demonstrated their knowledge and skills in mass mobilization through 3 competitions: Introduction; knowledge of mass mobilization work; skills and expertise in mass mobilization work.
Large forum on the city's mass mobilization work

This is identified as a key activity of the Mass Mobilization sector to celebrate the major holidays and anniversaries of the capital and the country.
Reviewing the results of the organization of the contest from the grassroots to the city level, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Do Anh Tuan said that the 2024 Hanoi City "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest was organized meticulously, methodically, and enthusiastically from the grassroots to the city level. Attracting the attention and response of a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members, and people, it is truly a large forum on mass mobilization work in the city. The contest entries are all based on practical situations in implementing mass mobilization tasks from the grassroots level, carefully selected and invested in by the competing teams, elaborate in content and form, thereby sharing valuable experiences, good practices, and effective "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.
Through the “Skillful Mass Mobilization” Contest, the Party’s position and role in mass mobilization work has been affirmed. At the same time, it is an opportunity for cadres working in mass mobilization to exchange, learn and share experiences.

Creating momentum for Hanoi to develop quickly and sustainably
Speaking at the competition, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen said that, thoroughly grasping the thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party's guidelines and policies on mass mobilization work, in recent years, the Hanoi Party Committee has always focused on leading and directing innovation in the content and methods of mass mobilization work. Promoting the role and mastery of the people and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, concretizing the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise and people benefit".
From 2009 to present, the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" has been widely deployed in the city, creating a spreading effect, attracting the active response of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces and people of all walks of life. Especially, when carrying out new, difficult and complicated tasks, in times of many difficulties and challenges, the mass mobilization work and the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" have proven to be more effective.
Through the implementation of the movement, we have mobilized enormous resources from the strength and consensus, support of the People, together with Party committees and authorities at all levels, successfully implemented national target programs, 10 work programs, 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs of the City, creating important momentum for Hanoi to develop rapidly and sustainably. The close relationship between Party committees, Party organizations, authorities and People through difficulties and challenges has been further consolidated and strengthened, contributing to strengthening the People's trust in the leadership of the Party.

Final results of the 2024 City-level "Skilled Civil Mobilization" Contest : The Organizing Committee awarded the Excellent Prize to the Hanoi City Police team; First Prize to the Dong Da District team; 2 Second Prizes to the Tay Ho District and Dong Anh District teams; 2 Third Prizes to the Phuc Tho and Phu Xuyen District teams.
On this occasion, to encourage and motivate the efforts of agencies, localities and units, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to award Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing the Contest.
