Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for Mass Mobilization Vu Ha said that, implementing the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party's guiding views on mass mobilization work, in recent years, the Hanoi Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have strengthened leadership and direction, constantly innovated, improved the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in general and the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in particular.
Making "Skillful Mass Mobilization" a widespread emulation movement, attracting the participation and response of a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members and all classes of Hanoi people, becoming a unique feature in the Mass Mobilization work of the Capital Party Committee.
In recent years, on average, each year, the whole city has about 10,000 models, typically "Skilled Mass Mobilization" at all levels registered for implementation. The emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has really penetrated deeply, spread, and been deployed closely with campaigns, patriotic emulation movements, and implementing democracy at the grassroots level...
Especially, in difficult and challenging times, in implementing new, difficult and complicated tasks, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has proven to be clearly effective in mobilizing, creating consensus and support from all walks of life; gathering and promoting the strength of great national unity, joining hands to successfully carry out the political tasks of the locality, unit and city.
The 2024 Hanoi City "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest has received the enthusiastic participation of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life. After 5 months of implementation, the districts and towns in Contest Cluster No. 4 have selected 7 excellent and most typical teams to participate in the preliminary round of the City-level Contest. At the contest, 45 members from 7 teams went through 3 rounds: Introduction; Knowledge of mass mobilization work; Skills and expertise in mass mobilization work.
In the Introduction section, through the form of poetry, songs, folk songs, rhymes, skits... each team introduces itself and outlines the outstanding features of its locality and unit. For the knowledge section on mass mobilization work: each team must send 3 official members to answer throughout 2 contents. Content 1, the teams answer 5 multiple choice questions from the Organizing Committee. Content 2 is to answer essay questions, each team sends 1 member to answer the questions from the Organizing Committee.
In the competition of skills and expertise in mass mobilization work, the teams demonstrated in the form of dramatization the Party's mass mobilization work; introduced typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models that are sustainable, recognized by localities and units and have widespread influence, making positive contributions to the implementation of economic, cultural and social development tasks, ensuring security and defense, building the political system of localities and units towards the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital; skills in mobilizing and persuading the people; practical handling of situations arising in localities and units...
At the end of the preliminary round of the 2024 Hanoi City "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest, Cluster 4, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Phuc Tho District team; Second Prize to 2 teams: Ba Vi District, Son Tay Town; Third Prize to 4 teams from the districts: Hoai Duc, Thach That, Quoc Oai, Dan Phuong.
