Recently, the vegetarian restaurant Hum launched the menu "Taste of the Earth". Mr. Tran Thai Bao, Executive Chef of Hum, said that this menu includes 7 dishes.
He shared that to create this menu, the restaurant team spent time researching and exploring local agricultural products, using more than 40 ingredients. This is the restaurant's effort to bring Vietnamese local agricultural products to the world's dining table, preserving the unique flavors of each region through the chef's creativity.
"Hopefully this menu will bring a lot of emotions. The red thread running through the menu is the value of Vietnamese agricultural products introduced to the world, ensuring deliciousness, health, aesthetics and especially the affection of the restaurant team...", Chef Hum shared.

In this list, Vietnam has only one restaurant honored at number 10, which is Hum restaurant.
