Giana - the singer from the Vietnam Idol 2023 contest has just released the music product First Love Season .

The crew recorded the singer's journey in Japan during her first overseas tour at the Vietnam Festival with the theme Pray For Japan , held in Tokyo (Japan) and integrated it into the product.

First Love Season by musician Dinh Manh Ninh was released in 2012. The song was once considered the national youth song of the 8X and 9X generations. Over the years, the product has had many different versions, but most of them are gentle, smooth, with the breath of Pop and R&B music, close to the original.

The remake of the song was mixed and arranged by musician Nguyen Dan - the "favorite" producer of the MTV music group, the father of hits such as: Hello morning, Love life, Little angel ... Musician Huy Tuan took on the role of producer of the project.

Putting Rock elements into this remake for Giana is a bold, innovative decision from musicians Huy Tuan and Nguyen Dan.

The product received positive feedback from the audience after its release. Besides evoking a nostalgic musical space, the MVlog also caught up with the trend with a new remix in the Pop - Rock style that has been used by many famous international artists recently.

In the new product, Giana also shows off her stable voice with a strong, energetic voice through high notes.

Giana said that as a Gen Z singer, besides focusing on creating new music products, she wants to become a "bridge" between the songs of the previous generation and the present.

In addition, she wants to introduce to everyone the MVlog video genre, which is a combination of MV and vlog, helping singers convey their valuable personal materials through a music film.

During her recent tour in Tokyo, the female singer had experiences in Japan such as seeing cherry blossoms with her own eyes, taking the subway, roller skating on the streets, enjoying local cuisine...

"I want to tell, want the audience as well as everyone to feel a part of my beautiful and unforgettable youth through this music product," she said.

Giana participated in Vietnam Idol 2023 with the stage name Thanh Giang (her real name is Huong Giang). Giana was born in 2002, originally from Hai Phong. She appeared in episode 2 - the selection round, performing the song Mot cu lua by singer-songwriter Tien Cookie with a rap part written by herself and successfully conquered all 3 judges. She became one of the 15 contestants who owned the golden ticket of the program.

At the end of November 2023, the female singer released her debut MV "Yeu dat am toa" produced by musician Huy Tuan and with the acting and backing vocal support of Ha An Huy.
