Investigation into a group of strangers blocking the road and assaulting a male student

While walking on the street, a student was stopped and assaulted by a group of people. The incident only stopped when people intervened.

On March 25, a clip appeared on social media recording images of two students being beaten by a group of people.
Accordingly, a male student wearing a white shirt was riding a motorbike when someone suddenly asked him to stop.

Next, this person held a helmet and continuously hit the male student on the head. Not stopping there, 4 other people also attacked, causing the victim to fall to the street.

Nearby people intervened, so the group stopped and left. The male student who was assaulted held his head and appeared to be in great pain.
The entire incident was recorded by a roadside camera.

Speaking with VietNamNet reporter, representative of Quynh Phu district leader, Thai Binh province said that the incident happened in Quynh Hong commune.

Quynh Hong Commune Police have received the information and are verifying to handle those involved.
