STO - On the morning of August 14, at the Soc Trang Provincial Political School, the Propaganda Department of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee organized a training course on professional reporting and oral propaganda in 2023 for more than 200 comrades who are provincial-level reporters, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province, and propaganda departments of districts, towns and cities. Attending were comrade Lam Tan Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, Principal of the Provincial Political School.
Attending the training course, delegates listened to Comrade Van Tien Bang - Deputy Director of the Propaganda Information Center, Central Propaganda Department, report on 3 topics, including: skills to prepare an oral propaganda session; skills to conduct an oral propaganda session; some experiences, methods, and skills to introduce Party resolutions.

In his opening speech, Comrade Lam Sach - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department emphasized that oral propaganda is one of the Party's popular propaganda channels, and is the most important tool to widely disseminate Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws. Therefore, training and improving the professional skills and oral propaganda skills of reporters and propagandists is a regular and urgent requirement, contributing to actively innovating the content and methods, improving the combativeness, persuasiveness, and effectiveness of oral propaganda, especially at the grassroots level.
