Standing Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Do Thanh Lai awarded the medal "For the cause of building trade union organizations" to outstanding individuals.

The education sector trade union manages 39 grassroots trade unions with 2,864 union members. Closely following the tasks of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training, in 2024, the provincial education sector trade union has implemented many activities towards the grassroots. Some outstanding results include: 3,107 union members and workers were educated on resolutions and disseminated laws. More than 2,400 union members and workers were cared for, visited, and given gifts on holidays and Tet with a total amount of more than 1.2 billion VND. The movement to join hands to support the people of the North during storm No. 3 (Yagi) received more than 1.8 billion VND.

The emulation movement “Good worker, creative worker” associated with the campaign “Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity” has 870 recognized initiatives. During the year, the education sector union of Binh Phuoc province admitted 63 new members and introduced 89 outstanding members to the Party for consideration, training and admission.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Pham Hong Thang awarded certificates of merit on the topic "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning" of the Vietnam Education Trade Union to typical collectives and individuals.

The conference also approved the draft project to streamline the organization and apparatus towards efficiency and effectiveness. At the same time, it focused on implementing the plan to take care of the Lunar New Year 2025 for union members and workers, and to organize and carry out trade union work well in the new period.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Thanh Lai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, hoped that after streamlining the apparatus, the education sector's trade union officials would continue to promote creativity, meet the requirements of educational innovation, innovate trade union activities in the new situation, and contribute to taking care of the lives of officials, teachers, and workers in the sector.
