More than 23 recruitment units brought more than 1,000 job positions to students of Hanoi National University of Education at the 2025 Job Fair.
On the morning of March 15, Hanoi National University of Education organized the 2025 Job Fair. The event had the participation of more than 23 recruitment units, providing more than 1,000 job positions related to the school's training majors for students.
Nguyen Huong Giang, a third-year student at Hanoi National University of Education, learned almost all the job information from employers at the fair. Originally from Quang Binh, Giang hopes to work in Hanoi after graduation with a starting salary of more than 10 million VND/month. After researching, Giang said: "The job opportunities in the Pedagogy industry are quite large, but whether that job meets my needs or not, I need to learn more."
Studying Mathematics Pedagogy, Nguyen Thi Ly, a third-year student at Hanoi National University of Education, does not see any need to worry about job opportunities after graduation because many employers are in need of Math teachers. However, in reality, after carefully researching recruitment information, Ly said: “The requirements of the employers are quite high. I will have to equip myself with many more skills such as: applying technology to lectures, pedagogical skills, student management... to be able to meet the job requirements.”
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Hien - Chairman of the Board of Hanoi National University of Education said that the job fair is an annual activity of the school. This activity aims to improve quality, capacity, introduce internship and job opportunities for students. Students attending have the opportunity to learn about recruitment information, apply for positions, and orient their future careers.
“We still say that today’s festival is like a process for students to look in the mirror, evaluate their learning and research process at school, what criteria they have trained and equipped themselves with, and whether they have met the requirements of employers or not. From there, equip them with more capacity to meet the requirements of the labor market. There may be students who have job opportunities today, and some who have not been successful. But let’s consider this a good opportunity to strive together and grow up,” Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Hien told the students.
Participating in the job fair, Edison Inter-level School System offers many job positions for pedagogical students.
Talking to the reporter of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Ms. Pham Thi Mai Huong - Deputy Head of the school's Human Resources Department said that this year the school is recruiting many teachers for all departments, especially departments of the International Faculty, English teachers at all levels, teachers of Math in English, teachers of Geography, History, Math, Literature, etc.
Regularly attending job fairs, Ms. Huong assessed that Hanoi National University of Education is one of the most prestigious teacher training universities in the country. After graduation, students all meet the school's recruitment criteria quite well.
However, Ms. Huong noted that in the age of technology, the teaching profession also requires high technology. Therefore, students need to make an effort to learn and improve their information technology skills. When combining technology with teaching skills, students will have an advantage after graduation.
